The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) collects nationwide data (which is updated daily by 8pm ET) on the number of administered vaccines. You can view the data by state. The data you will see is the total number of vaccines given in your state up to today!

Click on your state in the interactive map (which can be found in the link above) to get the full statistics for your area including a breakdown by county, age group, demographics, etc.
